The Company may send one-to-one informational SMS messages related to booking assistance with independent salon professionals (“Sola Pros”) only after you have explicitly opted in to receive such messages. These messages are informational in nature and are not promotional or marketing content.

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to the SMS message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. For assistance with messaging, reply HELP or contact us at the email address below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility Requirements

To use the Website or any other Services, you must be (i) at least 18 years old, (ii) a resident of the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom, and (iii) not a competitor of or using the Services for purposes competitive with the Company. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
